The paper is devoted to the study of lexical and semantic features terms in field nanotechnology e.k. peculiarities this terminology one poorly studied issues modern linguistics. article examines degree presence such processes as polysemy, homonymy, synonymy provided terminology. describes main sources origin abovementioned processes.
